We’ve hit that point in the semester when everyone seems tired. Everyone is either getting very little sleep or calls Butler 209 their bedroom. Your most frequent Google searches are “Why am I tired?” and “How to stop being tired,” but nothing seems to work.

College can sometimes drown out the necessity to take care of your health during the semester. Scheduling doctor’s appointments, going for blood tests, attending therapy, or getting tested are often things you know you should do soon, but never get around to.
